Painting by the well-known Bolognese painter Gagliardi Giuseppe (born 1902 - died 2005) dated 1989. Gagliardi Giuseppe studied painting together with other peers at the Regazzi academy. He took part in important events such as the Rome Quadrennial in 1960, the XXXII Venice Biennale in 1964,
the XVI Mostra Fiorino in 1965, the international arts expo in Geneve in 1984 and others.
He spent most of his life in the Bolognese Apennines and painted his paintings there,
the style is realist, naturalist, but tending towards impressionism. He has held many personal exhibitions both in Italy and abroad.
His works are in public and private galleries. In 2000 Gagliardi will receive the coveted Nettuno d'Oro award.
